We are glad to share that Premium Medication Refills is officially open and serving patients across Florida, with a new website that makes renewing your medication about as simple as sending a quick message.
Here is the short version of what we do. You tell us what you need, a physician licensed in the State of Florida reviews your request, and your refill is sent to the pharmacy you already use. Most go out within the hour. There is no appointment to book, no waiting room to sit in, and no insurance to bill.
Premium Medication Refills is a division of Premium Medical Clinic, and it came straight out of what our team sees in everyday practice. A lot of people do not need a full office visit. They are stable on a medication that works, they simply need it renewed, and the traditional system makes that harder than it should be. You call, you wait for a callback, you book an appointment you do not really need, and somewhere in there you start rationing the last few pills.
Our owner, Naglaa Abdelal, MD, wanted a cleaner path for those routine cases, so that in-person care stays focused where it is genuinely needed. That is the whole reason this service exists.
We kept it to three steps, and none of them involve a waiting room.

The service is built for everyday maintenance medications and common, non urgent conditions. That covers a lot of ground, from ongoing prescriptions for things like blood pressure, cholesterol, and thyroid care to shorter term needs such as a UTI, a sinus infection, cold and flu symptoms, or a dental infection.
One note, for honesty's sake: we do not prescribe controlled substances through this service, and a Florida licensed physician makes the final decision on every refill. If you are not sure whether your medication qualifies, call us and we will tell you straight.
